If you are on the journey to building your relationship, I can help you learn better communication skills, gain  insight into yourself, or your behavior, or help you cope better with a present situation or problem area.

Additional information that might be of interest:
  • In October 2009 I recorded a visual CD entitled, “Healing Journey” with music and sounds of nature and water accompanying three meditations using my voice. Please ask me if you are interested in hearing it for relaxation and to help with stress for individual psychotherapy.
  • In 2004 and 2005, I participated in Anxiety and Depression Free Screening Day for a local Illinois community as part of a national effort sponsored by Freedom from Fear Organization, based in New York. Press Releases were printed in the Northwest Herald Chicago Tribune community sections.
My mission is to incorporate creative efforts in order to successfully help clients. I base my success on working extensively with clients over the years in different settings, usually using a direct manner. I am trained as a clinical social worker with a background in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, but am also eclectic – which means I use many different treatment theories, models and methods in which to draw upon to treat clients. I am current in the field by attending the necessary continuing education seminars and classes to maintain state license requirements.

While all efforts are made to be successful in helping clients solve problems through marriage counseling and/or divorce counseling or individual counseling and resolve their respective issues. ,there are however no guarantees of success.
