WRITING AND PRESENTATIONS


Liz was invited by a professor  to discuss  a paper she wrote entitled "Abortion in other Cultures"  to a social work class at Arizona State University  in Tempe , Az. 

Ms  Smith wrote and published two essays one in American Counselor Magazine in  1993 entitled: "Children and Increased Stress:   " Interviews with children about the intimacies of family life". 


Another piece was published in  Prince William County weekly newspaper in Manassas, Virginia entitled " Nouveau Poor " about middle class persons seeking public aid during a recession in 1993.
